“Thank you all so much for the opportunity to receive this scholarship. I am so lucky to receive this for a second year. I really look forward to working in a hospital in Iowa after graduation. I have been blessed to grow up in such an amazing community and state that supports each other. Thank you!”

“I’m honored to be chosen as a recipient of the IHERF scholarship and appreciate the funds I can put toward my educational expenses. Graduate school is quite a financial undertaking, so this money will help reduce the mental and financial stress of being a full-time student while working full-time as a nurse. This scholarship’s support will ensure I can complete my doctor of nursing practice degree to eventually fulfill a need in health administration in hospitals in eastern Iowa.”
